1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to: US, Puerto Rico

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $80.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.

5. International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Delivery times may vary due to international customs processes.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll do our best to assist you. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info.paperboxorganics@gmail.com with your order number.
