At Paper Box Organics, we stand behind the quality of our organic skincare products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 21 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
Please note:

We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.paperboxorganics@gmail.com, including your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
